These terms apply to use of bathrobe.irish and purchases from { site.company.tradingName }, a division of { site.company.legalEntity }.

Ordering and prices

You must be at least 18, or act with a parent or guardian. Prices are in euros. The basket shows the goods, delivery charge and total before payment. An order acknowledgement is not acceptance; a contract forms when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply an item, we refund it.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping & Delivery and Refunds & Returns pages form part of these terms. Nothing here removes rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

Site use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with it, introduce malicious code or copy protected content beyond what the law allows.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Consumers retain all mandatory rights under Irish and European Union law and may bring proceedings in the courts available under those laws.
