Shipping & Delivery

We deliver throughout Ireland.

Charges

Standard delivery is free when the goods subtotal is €100 or more. Below €100, standard delivery is €25. An express option is offered in the basket for €25 and remains chargeable at every order value. The basket shows the available options before payment.

Timing and tracking

Orders are normally handled within 24 to 48 hours and delivered 5 to 7 days after handling. Express delivery is faster than standard after the same handling period. We email tracking when the parcel leaves. Products from one order can arrive separately.

If an order is late or tracking has stopped moving, contact theteam@customersupport.care with the order number.
