Email caseresolution@customersupport.care with your order number, the checkout email and what you would like us to put right. We acknowledge complaints and investigate them fairly.

If the complaint concerns privacy, you may also contact the Data Protection Commission. Consumer disputes may be taken to the courts or another remedy available under Irish law.
